2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship across India, covering major cities and remote areas. At this time, international shipping is not available. However, we are constantly working to expand our services, and updates regarding global shipping will be shared on our website. 3. Order Processing Time

At Bibhusha, we take great care to ensure that every order undergoes a thorough quality check before dispatch.

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) for all items except glass items.
  • Glass items require special handling and will be processed within 14 days of purchase to ensure their safety and quality.

During peak seasons, holidays, or promotional sales, processing times may be extended due to high order volumes. We strive to keep customers informed about any potential delays.

Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. If any issues arise, our customer support team will contact you via email or phone with updates.

4. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Time

We collaborate with trusted courier partners to ensure that your order is delivered safely and on time. Delivery timeframes vary depending on the product type and destination.

  • Glass Items (e.g., lamps and fragile decor pieces): Due to their delicate nature, these items require additional protective packaging and careful handling. Hence, delivery may take up to 14 days from the date of dispatch.
  • Other Home Decor Products (e.g., rugs, tote bags, etc.): These items have a faster delivery timeframe, with estimated delivery times as follows:
    • Metropolitan and Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 5-7 business days
    • Remote Areas: 7-10 business days

Please note that while we make every effort to meet the estimated delivery timelines, external factors such as weather conditions, logistical delays, or government restrictions may impact delivery schedules.

5. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on the order value and delivery location. Standard shipping charges apply to all orders. Any applicable shipping fees will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. For select locations, additional handling charges may be applicable based on accessibility.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number and tracking link via email or SMS. This number can be used to track your shipment through our courier partner’s website. 7. Delivery Issues & Failed Deliveries

To ensure successful delivery, please provide accurate and complete shipping details at checkout. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, our courier partner may attempt a second delivery or contact you for further instructions.

In cases where the order cannot be delivered due to incorrect address details, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal of the package, the shipment may be returned to us. If a package is returned due to customer-related reasons, additional reshipping charges may apply. If you anticipate any issues with receiving your order, kindly notify us in advance so we can assist you.

8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

We take extra precautions to ensure that your orders reach you safely. Absolutely, yes. Bijoux insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. Because we want to make sure you receive your products, we require that you sign for goods delivered. At that point, you become responsible for the pieces. However, if the pieces are to be delivered to someone other than yourself, then signature by the recipient at the specified delivery address constitutes for delivery by Bijoux and responsibility for the product is transferred at that point.

We are a small business and while we pay for shipping, any additional customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed, will be charged to the customer.

We are confident that you will love and want to keep our products. Nevertheless, you have 14 days to try it out with everything in your closet. If it doesn’t work out, email us at team@bijoux.com and we will sort it out for you.

Unless the products are damaged or defective, we will not be able to exchange these items. If you would like to order a piece in a different size or a different product altogether, we will process it as a return. Please email us at team@bijoux.com so we can arrange it for you.
